END USER REGULAR LICENSE AGREEMENT
This is a non-exclusive non-transferable license binding contract between you and Aedaddy. Please make sure to read this contract carefully before using our items. If you choose not to accept this agreement, you must delete-destroy the project-files. By using any part of the contents contained in the project download, you are agreeing to the following terms:

• A. The Project Files – Items may only be used only once at a time for a Single usage.

• B. The Project Files – Items may be used, changed, and integrated in your own work. You MAY NOT re-sell, redistribute, integrate any of the files in a template or give away anything in the project download. You must accept the After Effects Template “as is” with no express or implied warranty.

• C. The Project Files – Items may not be used with or within a production involving publicity or development of illegal business.

• D. The Project Files – Items can be used ‘AS IS’ for promotion of your Business (Affiliate) or any other activity that will bring new clients – customers to our website.

• E. These project files are under Royalty Free License and may be published, broadcasted and distributed across all media types, except where noted by illegal Business or Selling this material on another website (or tangible DVD’s).
