Q: Do your project files work in CS4 & CS5 or CS5.5?
A: Yes, also we have some templates that are made in Adobe After Effects CS3.

Q: I don’t have After Effects but i still want template?
A: In that case you need to Contact us and we can customize template for you or your client with affordable prices and fast service.

Q: How to Buy items?
A: You can pay via Paypal (Credit Card) for our Non-Exclusive items or over ‘Buy it now’ link for our Exclusive items that we sell on other marketplaces.

Q: When I purchase a project file-item how to Download it?
A: If you are registrated user, login and go to ‘My Account’ to download your items, if you don’t have account check your email that you left in Billing adress you will have Download link. You will get your items in single Zip archive.
Note: For security reasons you have 3 download attempts, if you have any problems during download feel free to contact us.

Q: Can I re-sell your items or give it for free?
A:  You can not resell our items or give them for free.

Q: Are my data safe?
A:  Yes, every order on our website is processed by PayPal via HTTPS connection, We do not collect your data, but you need to leave proper e-mail in order to be able to download your purchased items.
